Your data may be shared with the following government bodies:

• Service for Foreign Affairs (Služba za poslove sa strancima)
• Ministry of Security of Timor-Leste
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs for diplomatic processing
• International immigration and border control agencies as required by law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for commercial marketing purposes.

Application data is retained for a period of 10 years in accordance with the immigration laws of Timor-Leste. After this period, data is securely deleted unless retention is required for ongoing legal proceedings.
